Official Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Eligibility: Demerbox Presents: Zac Brown Band Ticket Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Southern Ground Audio LLC dba Demerbox ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Demerbox, 970 W McNab Road Suite 100 Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33076.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 9th, 2023, and ends per concert giveaway 8 days prior to each of the select concert dates ("Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the full sweepstakes form on the page per concert date and location. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Winner Selection: On or about 8 days prior to the concert date drawn, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email first and then by phone call within 1-2 days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In such event, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
Prizes: Two concert tickets for the drawn concert date and location of entry and a Demerbox DB2 with a combined approximate retail value of $750. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in our jurisdiction.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or others. By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to these platforms.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
