First off, for the price, sound could be better, I have cheaper SoundCore speakers that blow this out the water. Second, hard to find boxes like this with actual storage and still have it sound decent and it’s buoyant and waterproof. Third, had a problem with the charging light not coming on, to signal if the box was actually charging or not while the unit was in off mode. But it does charge and holds its charge. It’s been my daily since I got it, work, beach, cleaning outside, working out. Would recommend just not at this price point, if y’all would knock this price down maybe 50 bucks I would grab another one.

Its a good waterproof speaker but my soundcore from 2021 has better audio quality and volume.

The first thing that got my attention was the Pelican Case being the shell of the speaker. As a veteran and retired COP, I’ve used Pelican Cases many times and have always been amazed with their durability and waterproof capabilities. But the speaker itself is just as amazing. The sound is rich and deep. It’s advertised that the battery will last 40 hours. I’ve had my DemerBox for 3 weeks now and have used it for about 15 hours. I’ve yet to recharge it and show 4 of the 5 power bars still left.

I read somewhere a complaint of losing some of the base when the plug is used to ensure waterproofing. While you do lose some base in this configuration, it’s absolutely worth it to keep the speaker and contents safe. I’ve also read complaints of the price point of roughly $400. I feel confident that this will be my last Bluetooth speaker purchase. In the last 10 years I’ve probably spent double that on many different Bluetooth speakers. Ones that didn’t have near the sound quality, battery life and durability. No brainer. Completely worth it!

It’s not often you purchase a product that exceeds your expectations. This purchase definitely does!

I have a commercial oyster farm and got my Demer Box as a gift in 2019. I have used this box everyday while working my farm. Not only is the sound outstanding but I keep all my paperwork in the waterproof box. I have dealt with Demer customer service twice in all those years and they are outstanding! What a great product and company!

Me and my wife have 3 of these can’t tell you enough how satisfied we are with the quality of sound and battery life and durability we take them everywhere You hide your phone inside and go to the pool , gym or the beach or even in your golf cart my favorite!
